Since then, both have quickly taken on leadership: Silver leading the NBA through a potential PR disaster with the Donald Sterling scandal, and Manfred showing a willingness to introduce significant reforms to help Major League Baseball stay relevant and innovative. Neither league is complaining, but which boss is doing the best job so far?
