Jake Arrieta pitched for TCU from 2005-2006. Tommy La Stella played infield for Coastal Carolina from 2010-2011. Naturally, the Cubs teammates made a College World Series bet when the Horned Frogs and Chanticleers met in the semifinals.
According to ESPN's Jesse Rogers, the alumnus of the team that failed to advance to the CWS Finals would get a tattoo immortalizing the victorious school somewhere on his body. TCU beat Coastal in the second round, but in the semis over the weeknd, the Chanticleers won two straight games, sending Arrieta, the reigning NL Cy Young Award winner, tattoo shopping for artists.
Arrieta is being a good sport, asking fans for a tattoo parlor recommendation.
I'll wear it... apparently forever. Who does the best ink around Chi?

As long as that needle does not affect Arrieta's pitching arm, Cubs fans will not care where Arrieta puts the teal and brown Chanticleers logo.
