Preferring to stick to their regular schedule, most college football programs went back to practice on Monday for Week 2, despite it being a holiday.
Texas Tech mixed work and holiday.
At the end of Labor Day practice, the Red Raiders staged a mock WWE match between John Cena and The Miz. Head coach Kliff Kingsbury posted a video and also tagged Titus O'Neil.

Texas Tech slaughtered Stephen F. Austin, 69-17, for a Week 1 win in Lubbock Saturday. Next week, the Red Raiders get a legitimate test when they travel to Tempe for a Pac-12 date with Arizona State.
But before that competitive game, Texas Tech let out its energy with some Monday Night (Very) Raw. And on this Labor Day, showing up for practice wasn't so bad.
